This is the one the complex interview questions I believe: I see myself progressing in my field as well as learning new skills to benefit both me and my company.I can see many challenges ahead and therefore, willing to invest my five years time learning all aspects and required skills of the job towards professional advancement. I foresee myself taking more responsibilities as senior employee with quite a large team to handle and delivering my best to lead them.

How would I know about your engineering project. However look at the following: If I see from the prospective of knowledge, challenge, I would recon my final year project of undergraduate. I worked on (project name). It was quite intensive due to the fact that I was doing research and knew that this could be unachievable. However, due to my intense literature review and guidance from my supervisor, I was able to finish it in best possible manner. You can add little bit detail of your project as well.

    dvd's Answer

Hi SW, They will show a DVD of some scenarios. You have to analyze and answers them. There will be Four sections of test. 1) Rank the options: You will be shown a clip and you have to number(rank) the options. 2) Find the problem (like spillage on the floor, untidy area, products are not security labelled etc ) 3) Math test : After this math test you will love maths. Imagine they gona ask you that if you have 9 oranges in a bucket and you buy 5 more; how many oranges are now altogether lol. 4) Personality test : Expect same sort of questions as you attempted in online test. Then there will be a face to face interview: Why sainsburys? Why you ? What does job involves etc. Best of luck for you interview.

Basically, you grab a handset, logon, go to picking and you're given an order. The order overview tells you how many customers you're shopping for, how many items and lines you're picking and a target time to pick it in. You then have to press enter and you go into the order. Don't worry, you'll recieve training :P For each item, it will say where the product is located, it will say something like 06R10, which translates to aisle 6, on the right, 10th part of the aisle. Don't worry though, each part of the isle is labeled so you just need to look out for it. It also tells you what the product is and the quantity the customer wants. Once you've found the right product, you have to scan it, put it in a bag in a tote (blue box) and scan the tote you've just put it in. It then comes up with the next item and so forth..
