I'm 19 as well, when I see a baby i'm normally thinking awww how cute I even end up making faces just to make them laugh but yeah i do think oh i want one someday, when i have a husband and able to stand on my own two feet. Does acrylic or water color paints give a more effect of blending much colors and is time efficient?

Acrylic takes longer to dry, water colours are much more quicker considering the correct amount of water is used either way you can use a hair dryer to speed up the process. Its more of the case of how you blend when using acrylic you need to layer different colours of paint to get the colour/texture you want using various types of brush strokes on your art. Watercolour blends well as long as the correct amount of water on your brush and on the pallet isn't too much. =] Hope this helped. (I prefer using acrylic gives a much more artistic approach). I see your trying them out, hope it turns out well.

Embarassment works well as well, personally it did for me, i use to have some bad habits, the amount of times my mum embarassed me in front of my aunties, uncles and sometimes friends about them made me stop, i got tired of it so i made a few changes. When i look back i just have to laugh at myself. Also getting to the bottom of the issue, why does she bit her nails? nervousness..anxiety etc talk it out ( pschological process)... ...or even just tell your friend to pop into a local pharmacy, boot or superdrugs go to the nail care section and there should be some self explanatory ointments that can be applied to the nail, making it less attractive to bite =] hope this helps your friend RiRiBreezy.

What type of event is it? if its just in general here are a few thngs i just thought of: 1.) Apart from the security guards, assign specific jobs to the other employees. Make sure they have the approriate skills to handle the area of work assigned to them. Being in sync, knowing where they should be at the right time when important decisions are being made and by whom. 2.) Making sure there are no issues when setting up equipment for example if there is a stage to be put in place..no damages, enough space etc 3.) Checking the availability of facilities to people with disabilities, ramps, lifts, parking etc 4.) Adding onto your last point. Having a medical team present depending on the event. Wow your brother is such a genius...xD enough of that now..It's the ingredients used in making vicks that makes it work so well, i just read that the eucalyptus oil (anti-bacterial substance) kills off viruses, menthol unblocks the nose because its so strong and camphor which has the capability of calming inflammation once its absorbed into the skin,'fighting' in the area affected . =] hope this somewhat helped.

Hey Thashla, I tried to find some reviews on the website to give you an idea but no one has really written anything, that should be saying the website ain't very popular. Most people have said they love the clothing but nothing about online purchases unfortunately. Runway bandits does say they are commited to protecting their customer privacy when it comes to sharing of information but then again talk is cheap. If this is an international purchase personally i wouldn't go for it too much hassle, especially if the site isn't well known, imagine if the product isn't up to standard? etc, you can't walk into a store and complain about the item because its on the otherside of the world depending on where you live hopefully you see where i'm going with this?(postage fees etc) regardless if they have an address or not if they do decide to scam people the damage will be done so yeah just stick to an online well recognised retail store with similar prices. Hope this kinda helped =]

Why did you stop wearing them..yes it will affect your eyesight in the long term in other words making your eyes weaker.. being that you haven't worn those glasses since three years ago i think this is the long term lol since your experiencing bluryness now. Don't strain your eyes anymore, go to the opticians get them tested again and get a new pair of glasses or even try vision clear contact lenses. hope this helped =]

This leads onto making the recruitment process, training and monitoring of a business much more sufficient or precise making companies more competitive within their own market because they would have a diversified or multi skilled workforce allowing them as an organisation to expand in new markets. Maintaining an environment that promotes and ensures equality and diversity is desirable to people willing to invest their money into a project, i mean who wants an environment that discriminates? obviously the investor/shareholder won't benefit. Whether it's a learning, healthcare, place of work, housing environment , whatever the community its important to maintain an environment that promotes and ensures equality and diversity to reduce any disputes (increase sociability) and carry a valuable reputation in the long term to attain any investment and remain competitive in the future. Just gave a few ideas from the top of my head, more of a business view as you can see but it might help in general. Breakdown the statement into smaller questions, put more of a description or type back if you still need help. =]

I personally think having guilt is a good thing as long as your feeling guilty about the right things..(i don't think that makes sense let me explain more) for example say your mate has a drug problem and you snitched on him in order for him to get help don't feel guilty that you told on him because your actually helping him.. only feel guilty for the things you've done wrong makes you a better person on the inside... hopefully this helped in some way =]

Hey Sumaiyaah, Maybe this might help... me and my mate tried to figure this one out together lol The diagonal has to be the same as the square root of the sum of the 3 side lengths. So the squareroot of (x + x + 8 + x - 1) or squareroot of (3x+7) when simplified. D = squareroot of (3x+7) It can hold a pole of length 13, so we can assume that the diagonal is equal to 13. D = 13 Therefore, squareroot(3x+7) = 13 3x + 7 = 169 - you get rid of the squareroot on the left side and do 13 times 13 3x = 162- you get rid of the 7 so you take it away on the right side x = 54- this is the final answer we get as x we're not entirely sure again check with other people we could totally be wrong =] don't give up practice/ perseverance makes perfect.

Hey Sumaiyaah, Erm it looks to me like this question is looking for you to work out the intersection. I haven't done venn diagrams in ages.. but i'll have a go at helping you...Here it goes... The 200 that study neither subject will go on the outside. We know that the total in the photography circle needs to be 400 but we can't put it in because we don't know how many should go into the intersection (if they do both subjects) and how many should go the left (if they do only photography). We know there are a 1000 students that attend this college and if there are 200 students outside the circles then the other three sections must add up to 800. So there are 400 students who do photography so the middle and left section must add u to 400. this leaves 400 onto the right because 800 - 400 = 400. There are 700 students who do business so the two parts of the business circle should add up to 700, so we can find the number in the intersection by doing 700 - 400 = 300. There are 400 students who do photography, and 400 - 300 = 100 so the number who do photography but not business must be a 100. Therefore 300 students do both subjects. Hey RiRiBreezy..if i had to analyse this i would probably say that the shape of the perfume bottle is almost like a males figure if you imagine it..the perception of guys is normally muscular, the shoulders are much more broader/wider hence the sharp straight cut edges..this fragrance looks quite hench dunno if thats the correct word to use but yh lol womens perfume bottles tend to me more curvy and long...hopefully you can see the comparison... erm its got like a light blue middle which connotes its a male fragrance, the colour blue is percieved as a male colour..hopefully this has helped in some way =]

Hey Zineerah, It might feel like everythings going downhill at the moment but time heals everything. You said you spoke to him and he didn't care.. he said he'll be there for you but he left AGAIN... do you really think it's worth pining over such a person... don't give a shit about him because he certainly doesn't give a shit about you by the looks of it no matter what the reason was that you both broke up. I admire you for talking to him about it that must've taken some courage to do so =] Anyways you need to get out with friends.. spend time with family... he's defo gonna be on your mind but somehow you have to push it back.. family comes first rebuild that relationship you think you've distanced yourself from. Even though you say your parents WERE proud of you and you WAS close to your family no matter what they STILL love you and will always be there for you unlike him so it ain't the end of the world yh... Think of accomplishing those dreams and how you'll feel after achieving them.. its never too late theres always an opportunity for everyone just get out there instead of feeling suffocated indoors. Hey Shnaima, i know how you feel lol rather than think omg there's so much to do... just break down what you have to do for each of your classes, almost like making a checklist it'll make you feel more organised which will hopefully motivate you to work because you know what your doing and how to go about it. Also if you have a friend who has a similar amount of stuff to do and is focused on getting whatever it is done why not talk with each other have a laugh whilst doing the work that always works for me. Just think about if you get the stuff done now imagine how much free time you'll have later to do whatever you want and all that hard work would've paid off..no last minute stress =] hope this helps.

Making useful notes from your textbook..putting it into your own words etc is certainly not a waste of time, i usually write them on to revision cards so when exams are near i don't have the hassel of going through my A4 papers. We're all different learners so finding another way that helps you learn like being practical or making up lyrics to a topic and so on will help... don't force yourself to do it or else it'll be a bore and you won't end up learning anything! Well done for trying =]

Heyy...i agree with most of the above..start off with a small pair of heels then work your way to higher inch heels.. wedge type shoes are always useful as a beginner....as little one suggested the gel heel cushions, i would recommend the ball of feet cushion (same brand, scholls) they also make walking in heels much more comfortable..oh and practice makes perfect =]

Hey MissM28..erm maybe the way you apply the nail polish instead of 1 or 2 thick coats have 3 thin coats instead if you don't already do so...also make sure you have a suitable amount of drying time 45 mins/1hr before you start touching anything =] hope this was kinda useful.

Good question... ermm i guess it is peer pressure as Tiesto mentioned, they feel the need to fit in with others and eventually it does become them for a while until they move on to the next step...those people aren't satisfied with themselves and don't know how to appreciate what they had/have. Depends really, i mean if your at different Uni's then there are different influences all around and your with those people everyday so you are customed to change and have different tastes and have less in common with your previous friends but it doesn't mean they've completely forgotten about you even though it might feel like that to some...(depends on the individual) i hope this somehow helps =/ =].

I only tried foundation a few times when i was like 16 then disliked it completely because it made my skin look all wrinkly and taking it off was so annoying = s. As zain said natural is the best way.. and as for the younger girls your defo right, its just dumb they'll learn the damages of make up products soon when they're older anyways and hopefully they'll tone down

Bringing in 16000 police tonight has helped; London is rather tranquil compared to the last couple of days..i think this has helped for now but once those police go back to their areas outside London who's to say the riots won't start again. I thought Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 was awesome especially the battle scenes with the wands was even better than previous films but i was hoping for a bit more of a fight between voldermort and Harry Potter seen as they've come this far but nevertheless i will miss it but i don't think its an end of an era because we do get to see Harry Potter's son so in a couple of years time i think there'll be a new and exciting adventure follw on with him =]

There are different techniques that work for everyone when getting homework done like listening to music , talking about the work etc etc Why not go out to the park with some friends (who have homework to do as well because if they don't have any work to do they'll just distract you and you won't get anything done) on a nice day and do your homework with them that way you'll be able to ask each other questions and enjoy the weather all at the same time =]

Yes it's definetely bad to backcomb because your hair gets all knotted then when it comes to detangling its really difficult and you end up losing quite alot of hair so not really the best hair technique to adapt.

Haven't been sleeping at all lately. How on earth do I fix this?

I would suggest relaxing yourself from all the stress ... don't think so much when your about to go sleep..do something that makes you feel comfortable like read a book or even watch a film and put the phone to the side..don't text and worry yourself with other issues... sleep will come naturally hopefully. Also tiring yourself out during the day,doing alot of activities so when its finally time to go bed you'll be so knackered that shutting your eye won't be such a problem. Lavender is a good plant to use to fall asleep aswell. Another option is the sleeping pill but not such a good idea coz you don't wanna be dependent on them as there could be harmful side affects. Hope this helped =]
