I just went through a few sites and put together some methods from each.. Go through them and see what you feel like doing. Some you may already know and some are just random, m'not sure how much any of them help but its worth a try =)
Try cucumber slice over your eyes.
1) Lie down, close your eyes and apply cucumber or potato slices to your lids.
Leave on for ten minutes and remove. Wash the area with cold water.
This soothes tired eyes instantly, and helps boost blood circulation in the under-eye area.
2) Apply a cold, used tea bag to your eyes. You could also apply used, cold, herbal tea leaves to your eyes, to sooth them.
3) Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder and a little flour, enough to make a paste.
Apply this paste to the under-eye area, and wash off after fifteen minutes.
4) Apply Vitamin E to the area under your eye. You could open up a Vitamin E capsule, and apply a little oil. Swallow the rest of the oil.
This not only helps you get rid of dark circles, but also reduces puffiness around the eyes.
In addition, regular application of Vitamin E delays the onset of wrinkles.
5) Swallow a capsule of cod liver oil everyday. It strengthens eyes
6) Gently tapping the area under the eyes can cause the accumulated fluid to disperse elsewhere, reducing puffiness and swelling.
The tapping should be done lightly with fingertips to avoid damaging the sensitive tissue underneath the eyes.
7) Consuming high levels of sodium and caffeine can cause water retention, which results in puffiness under the eyes.
Cutting back on items that are high in sodium or caffeine, such as table salt, processed foods or coffee, can help reduce and prevent bags under the eyes.
Consuming fruits and vegetables such as oranges and spinach can provide the body with vitamins that help flush out extra fluids.
Drinking water regularly can also flush out sodium and extra fluids.
^^^^TEA HAS A LITTLE CAFFEINE =P So Drink lots of orange juice =)
8) Egg white is an astringent that acts to tighten pores and reduce puffiness under the eyes, according to Natural Eye Care website.
Egg white also reduces inflammation, improves circulation and benefits puffiness under the eyes.
Apply ½ tsp. of egg white under the eyes with your fingers, allow it to dry for about 15 minutes then rinse well with warm water.
Wash your hands with soap and water. The effects of the egg white should reduce the puffiness and improve the overall appearance of the skin under the eyes.
^^ Crack the egg open and get the yolk out and use the rest on your eyes. =)
9) Position your middle fingers at the inner corners of your eyes. Place your forefingers on the outer corners. Apply light pressure.
Look upward, towards your brow, and lift your lower eyelids into a squint. You should feel a fluttering movement of muscles under your fingers.
After five seconds, release the squint and repeat 10 times.
According to Carole Maggio, who created the "Facercise" facial muscle training program, this exercise will diminish the appearance of hollows beneath the eyes and reduce puffiness.
^^^ This is weird but worth a try =)
I hope i have helped and be sure to keep yabbing =)
