Simply; start a routine when to sleep and when to wake up - it's all in your mind its a mental game once you fight the mental game and remain motivated there is no stopping you from making your sleeping pattern proper
try not to sleep too much during the day time so you can sleep ontime properly in the evening
a good time to sleep is around 9/10pm waking up around 7/8 gives your body enough sleep and not too much as too much and too less both unhealthy

Randomizer's Answer
An electrifying topic.
A battery, by definition, consists of a group of two or more primary or secondary battery cells, which convert chemical energy into electrical energy. A portion of the chemical energy a cell produces is transformed into heat, and a portion into an electric current.
Primary battery cells can only be renewed during down time, when they replenish their chemicals. When one reach for his or her emergency flashlight, which contains a type of primary cell named an ordinary cell, and it fails to light up, one falls victim of this very principle.
Each and every primary cell uses various chemicals, and contains electrodes and an electrolyte, a liquid. Electrodes, a.k.a. "cell elements," consist of either two different metals, or one metal and carbon. Element number one, the cathode, is primarily zinc. Element number two, the anode, is primarily carbon.
A chemical action sets the electrons free, when it triggers the cathode slowly to dissolve into the liquid electrolyte. A circuit provides the escape route for the newly paroled electrons, and they rush down the hatch in the form of an electric current. Unfortunately, their freedom is short-lived, because, once an electrical conductor is connected to the two elements, the current flowing through it is recaptured as electricity.
Secondary battery cells merit less discussion, as they automatically recharge, when an electric current is injected through them. Primary examples of a secondary battery cells are the storage cells used to start, or not to start, our car batteries. Because a storage battery does not actually store electricity, it instills in one a false sense of security. One is well advised to carry jumper cables in our cars, for those times when, much to ones chagrin, the battery fails to start.
The misnomered "storage battery," draws its power from chemical charges. Inside a storage battery, one finds a set of plates made of metallic lead, and a set made of lead peroxide. When both sets of plates are immersed in sulphuric acid, they undergo a chemical change, which transforms them into lead sulphate, which in turn produces the electrical current in the storage battery, which does not store. A word of caution...do not try this one at home!

Randomizer's Answer
What are the risks of using sunbeds?
Sunbed use has been linked to an increased risk of developing skin cancer. Although sunbed use is less likely to produce the most dangerous form of skin cancer, melanoma, than over-exposure to sunlight, these skin cancers can still be disfiguring.
Young people appear to be particularly at risk, with the chances of developing a tumour increasing by up to 20% per decade of sunbed use before the age of 56.
The eyes, in particular the cornea, are very prone to damage from tanning equipment.
It is recommended that sunbed users wear protective goggles, but research shows that people may not use them even if they are provided.
Sunbed use has also been linked to suppression of the immune system, making users more vulnerable to infections.
Damage to the skin is also likely to lead to premature ageing, including leathery, wrinkled and sagging skin.
Is it safe to use sunbeds at all?
The British Photodermatology Group (BPG), which is expert on the effect of light on the skin, recommends that sunbeds are not used at all.
But it says that if people do use them they should limit their use to no more than two courses - or 10 sessions - a year.
Are some people more at risk than others?
The BMA says there are some people who should never use sunbeds under any circumstances:
Under 16s
People who have very fair skin
People who burn easily or tan poorly
People with a lot of freckles or moles
People who have had skin cancer or have a family history of the disease
People using medication that could make their skin more sensitive to ultra-violet light
People who already have extensive ultra-violet radiation damage

Randomizer's Answer
a tonsil is the thing that sticks out from the back of your throat when you open your mouth up wide you will see
The tonsils and the adenoids are composed of lymphatic tissue and are part of the body's lymphatic system.
They are situated at the top of the throat, where the mouth and nose come together. The adenoids are also found in the back of the throat but located higher on the roof of the mouth behind the nose. Tonsils may be viewed easily through the open mouth, but adenoids require a special instrument to be seen.
The tonsils and adenoids are strategically positioned to monitor potentially-harmful substances that are ingested or inhaled.
Both organs guard against illness by identifying harmful bacteria, fungi, and viruses in food or the air. The white blood cells housed in the tonsils and adenoids incapacitate the invading germs, as well as help produce antibodies to ward against future infections.
For the most part, the tonsils and adenoids have finished serving their purpose by early childhood.
Unfortunately, continual infiltration with bacteria can lead to chronic infections of the tonsils and adenoids. When large amounts of scar tissue develop as a result, doctors usually recommend that they are removed.

klitchko fight is not on sky box office or sky sports yabbers, its actually on this new boxing channel dedicated to pure boxing called "box nation" which can be found for sky digital viewers on channel 456 or for virgin media viewers 546
i think it cost £10 a month or something better to sign up on yabyab and ask someone to search for a stream if you havn't got one
