if you look at the top left hand side (just above the volume keys), there should be a little switch that you can move up n down. When you move it down, you will be able to see a little red line on it which means your phone is on silent. And if you switch it the other way, it will obviously go to loud.

I would suggest you avoid cold foods especially ice as it will make your time of the month much more painful/heavier. Eat lots of bananas as they help with cramps :)

Yes it works in the same way as the pill but since emergency contraception is only one pill and has to take effect immediately, its much much much more stronger than the normal pill.
They say you have to take the normal contraceptive pill for about a month in order for it to be fully effective (that's 21 tablets), but the morning after pill does all that within hours (in 1 tablet). So you can imagine how strong it is! It's got a very high dosage of hormones in it, which is bad for you as you don't want to be altering your body that much. Be safe and use a condom :)

It's when you change lines. E.g. If you go to bond street station, you could interchange between the jubilee line and the central line, depending on where you want to go as both trains take you towards different places. Have a look at the tube map to familiarise yourself with the different lines that pass through different stations :)

Just like any other contraceptive pill, you should start taking it from day 1 of your menstrual period. If you do this, you wll be protected from the first day. You can also take it up til the fifth day but if you do this, you will have to wait a week before you are fully protected. And if you start it at any other time of the month, you must take it for a whole month before you are protected.

The feelings in themselves can't cause a heartbreak but a heartbreak can lead to depression. Considering that one of the symptoms of depression are change in diet (could be overeating in some people or not eating in others), this could lead to weakness and other conditions that might lead to serious health problems.
Also, many people become suicidal (which is also another symptom of depression) after a heartbreak which could obviously lead to death as well.
So indirectly, yes a heartbreak can cause death. Directly, I'm afraid not.

The earth's surface is broken into seven large and many small moving plates. These plates, each about 50 miles thick, move an average of a few inches a year. There are three types of movement between plates: convergent, divergent and transform-fault.
At convergent boundaries, plates move toward each other and collide. Where an oceanic plate collides with a continental plate, the oceanic plate tips down and slides beneath the continental plate forming a deep ocean trench (long, narrow, deep basin.) An example of this type of movement, called subduction, occurs at the boundary between the oceanic Nazca Plate and the continental South American Plate. Where continental plates collide, they form major mountain systems such as the Himalayas.
At divergent boundaries, plates move away from each other such as at the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Where plates diverge, hot, molten rock rises and cools adding new material to the edges of the oceanic plates. This process is known as sea-floor spreading.
At transform-fault boundaries, plates move horizontally past each other. The San Andreas Fault zone is an example of this type of boundary where the Pacific Plate on which Los Angeles sits is moving slowly northwestward relative to the North American Plate on which San Francisco sits.

I'm not sure about this but I found this on a forum..
well 24g of Mg = 1 mole
so 192g of Mg = 192/24 = 8 moles
so Mg : h2 = 1:1
so 8 moles of H2 produced
1 mole of H2 = 1
8 moles = 8g

I have taken it a few times due to failed contraception. The earlier you take it, the more effective it is. I always take it within 12 hours as it is the most effective then. You shouldn't rely on emergency contraception alone as it is not as effective as other methods such as the combined pill.
I think the morning after pill only delays ovulation- so it's not really THAT reliable. Having said that, many women find that it always works. Everyone's body is different so there's no saying that if it worked for one person, it'll work for another.

I think if you touch your face a lot, your face would inevitably get dirty/oily which would clog up your pores, which in turn means that you would get a lot of spots on your face. The best way to avoid that would be to stop touching your face or just cleanse 3 times a day :)

I know not many would say 'yes i want to nearly die' but it got me thinking, near death experiences can change a persons life, their mindset, soul and maybe everything about them.

I've never been in such a situation and I don't think I would want to be in one either. A scary experience like that is more likely to just leave me shocked n scarred for life rather than making me a better person. Some would benefit from an experience like that but I don't think I would. I know it sounds bad but it's true :$
