I have always believed in exactly what Tammy has said, that the fourth finger has a direct vein to the heart and hence its appropriate to put the ring on that finger.
However, I found the video really interesting and made me think about it from a new perspective :)

That's a really good question and never really thought about it, but I guess the term "falling" describes it being something that is uncontrollable and unpredictable. You don't know when its going to happen it just does, in the hope that the person you love will be there to catch your fall :)

I agree with the others, he probably sees you more than just a mate, which is quite normal especially if you've known him for ages. He wouldn't get so angry with you talking to another guy if he didn't have a feelings for you. You should try and find out what these "reasons" are. In the meanwhile you shouldn't stop talking to other guys because of him, since he has no right to stop you doing so

Hey Minnie, I agree with the others, he's probably just using you and trying to make you jealous. Try not to fall for this otherwise your just going to get hurt. It's probably best to just stop contacting him and seeing him altogether, may seem hard at first but just keep at it. I'm sure there's someone else better out there who will treat you right.

I think that having cosmetic surgery can help an individual enhance their confidence, because this change in appearance will boost their confidence and allow them to be more open knowing that they wont get ridiculed by their looks. However, this is only up to an extent because they are essentially the same person as they were before and so they still have to work on gaining their true confidence from within which will only happen when they can fully accept the way they look and be happy with what they have

Hey there, well if I'm honest that is quite a big difference to what you typically see, however I wouldn't say its weird in fact it is kinda cute, its always cute to have the guy taller than the girl. I'm pretty sure Kim likes to be cuddled by a taller guy making her feel safe and protected, something which you can't get with a shorter guy. And I'm sure Kris likes to hold her nice and tight, keeping her warm and making her feel special, something which may feel awkward if she was taller. ;-)
Also, I never really noticed such height difference between the two until you mentioned it, suggesting that is not such a weird thing after all. By pointing out such difference that's all everyone will look at, but if you just see them together then all you see is just a lovely couple.

Well this can either work or not. If both of you feel the same about each other then it can work out really well and you both can be very happy. On the other hand, if it doesn't work out, you will be left with a broken friendship. So all I can say is to take it slow don't rush into things as this could cause problems, just take it easy because if it was meant to happen, it just will :)

Tourette's syndrome is a condition that affects the brain, causing involuntary movements and sounds called tics, which vary from person to person. It usually starts in childhood.
Examples of some motor tics include; blinking, head jerking, shoulder shrugging, facial twitches and some vocal tics include; sniffing, throat clearing, grunting and tongue clicking

Hi Midnight Blue, basically, when you cut onions, you break the membrane of the cells as a result this releases sulphur, this sulphur then reacts with the water in your eyes to form sulphuric acid, thus irritating your eyes making them water as a form of defence.
To help, try washing the onions with cold water just before you cut them

Hey MissM28, I'm glad u asked this question because I too have a friends 21st birthday coming up soon and stuck on ideas for presents! lol :P I like the answers given; jewellery, watch , wallet, another idea could be a nice charm bracelet with either some charms that represents some aspect of her life (eg. hobbies/interests) or if your going to get together with a few other friends and buy a present together maybe get charms that represent each friend in some way, in this way she can always be reminded of what great friends she has :)

I agree with Electrica calling it attraction, you cant just see a person and think that your in love with them, your just physically attracted to them. Love is experienced at a more deeper level and develops over time by getting to the know person. So in short: no I don't believe in love at first sight.

It depends on what kind of revision I'm doing, if I'm writing notes or doing questions then I would definitely need a desk, but if I'm just reading over notes/textbook then that can be done in a park, providing there's not too many people their to distract me! :P

Changing your physical appearance like wearing make-up and changing your style etc is a start in making yourself more attractive but this will only help to an extent. The most important thing that will help you is your self belief, you should appreciate and be happy with what you look like and start believing that you are attractive, and in doing so you will become attractive and thus you will see the positive effects (getting more friends, getting into a relationship etc) :)

The whole idea of using a touch screen is something new and different so I can see why a lot of people are attracted to it, but for me it has to be the keypad (mainly because I have a Blackberry), its just makes it so much easier and faster for me to type with. :)

I don't usually do all nighters...I normally revise with a few close friends, working together going through past questions and then going over everything myself. That's the best way for me, so I guess I rely on them a lot to help me get through them...its quite an effective way as each one can help you to understand something different...because as they say.."two heads are better than one"
