why do i always get a strong tingling sensation in my tongue when I desperately need to pee?

   That is a new one a tickling sensation when you need to pee your probably leaving it till you desperately need to pee you should be in the loo atleast evey 4 hours no matter what I don't know aut such tickling sensation but that does not sound very healthy would get it checked by a professioanl
