   Oh wow, hello there arslan, I didnt know of that, sounds interesting, how on earth do you find wierd things like this out?
   Are they some sort of strict functionalists? Do they now want change and improvements in the system?
   They probably work on behalf of the government to make sure those who have poor schooling will remain that way so the ones higher up in status and power benefit more. If you think about it, this is pure segregation between the rich and poor, in other words if you have the money then go ahead and get the quality education you want otherwise you've got the outdated schooling system.
   I dunno, im babbling randomly but interesting post!
