  3. Hello Arslan,
    that is a rather odd but intriguing question you have there.
    I myself am an east asian i think who has been born and brought up in the Uk,
    i dont know about south asian and their hair colour being brown but i would put it down to the change in weather and how their skin and hair follicles reacts to such environments as the UK and Europe itself. I know a few chinese and malaysians who have black hair so im not too sure about your theory there haha.
