From experience at work ive noticed that in general foreigners are much more nicer and respectful why do you think that is?

   Glad to see that little problem fixed! Im sure the founder is trying to work on getting it sorted as soon as possible but until then we shall keep editing if we accidently stick a comma in there haha =)
   
   Onto your question, i believe cultures and religions all have part to play, when someone are foreign to a certain country or place/workplace they may be more cautous with their actions and words and be on their best behaviour as it is no place for them to do the opposite when they are not in their own territory.
   Its a form of self preservation even as we may have seen similarly in the animal kingdom. If you step out of line on someone elses territory off goes your head.
   But of course that isnt always the case, sometimes different cultures an religions enable that person to value respect and and kindness towards others rather than a person of a less cultured and atheist background? These are all questions i ask and im not judging but pondering whether that may be the case.
   Usually being respectful gives you the hope that you will be accepted into the workplace or country and so you keep up those manners. I cannot be fully sure as to why, maybe you have been around very lovely people from other countries who are naturally well mannered so its really maybe a case of how they were brought up, their background and even their ulterior motives if any.
