   as zain said - poor blood circulation, try wearing socks whilst at home they will keep your toes nice and warm. =)

   It's normal- my hands and feet are always really cold.. Even in the summer! I think it's just how some of our bodies work. If you're really concerned, just wrap up warm and your toes will be warm in no time :D
