    Onto your question, im not sure about your question as it may be worded a little odd nevertheless i assume you want to know the total energy of earth when 'escape energy is given to a particle on the surface fo the earth'?, I wouldnt say im good a physics at all but ABC seems to have some interesting points...

    well i wouldnt know much about this but i did find something that may be of use,

    On the surface of the Earth, the escape velocity is about 11.2 kilometers per second (~6.96 mi/s), which is approximately 34 times the speed of sound (Mach 34) and several times the muzzle velocity of a rifle bullet (up to 1.7 km/s). However, at 9,000 km altitude in "space", it is slightly less than 7.1 km/s.
