Question:

Even though no one cannot know exactly why he does this, can anyone give their opinions about why a man would behave like this?

There is this man in who sometimes leads my group. Recently, after stating at the beginning of the meeting that he expects all must participate and give a lot of comments by raising their hands, chose to not allow a certain female whom he often ignores, to comment also when she raises her hands repeatedly? He gave plenty others many chances, even more than once or twice. She's just like everyone else. and they even compliment her on her views. He did eventually gave her a view. And at one time when she was not indicating to comment, after trying numerous times, he called her out to comment. Then he said "oh, i thought you were indicating to comment". Her hand was not up, because she had given up trying. It was in a room full of a few people. And her was saying at the beginning, that this should give everyone and opportunity to comment and answer questions as much as they waned. What are you opinions (not his reasons, since you can't know), but what are your opinions on why he does this? This is not the first time this happened.
