My order from Dorothy Perkins has been dispatched but i havent been charged for one item?

i ordered two items from DP a few days a go and just got an email saying that my order has been dispatched.
Problem is that when i open up my order both my items show up and the total is written but its minus one item.
im being charged £19 when it should be £23?
Only my shoes and the delivery is being counted and not the other item.
Also when i look at both items one has a quantity of (1) and the other is (0).
Does this mean they dont have that item? Will i not be getting this item delivered to me? What should i do yabbers?

    it means they have not charged for the other item cos its out of stock. This is the end of the transaction. They will not send you the missed item.
