  1. hello diana, welcome to yabyab it would be helpful if you added more description to the questions so we knew exactly what to answer also be sure to change your picture as well as dont delete your previous questions as the yabbbers who spent their time to answer you will lose out on points and effort if you just delete them after,.

    I would think that business to have time limits when processing writen correspondence is for safety measures for privacy in case someone has left it open and inactive for too long, and its also so that it isnt vulnerable to attacks either.
