Muhammad Ali is suing his former home owners haha after all the money his already made, do you think he will win the case?

   Onto your question, I didnt know much about this until you have mentioned it, for a normal couple who would move into a home after being mislead about the property, they should be able to build a strong enough case to say they were bought into a property which was sold to them wrongfully by the homeowners who withheld such crucial information about the problems within it.
   Muhammad Ali and his wife on the other hand, a very famous couple, can easily get one of the best lawyers in the country and sue the owners in three seconds flat. Its all about who has enough money to build such a case and if they have the patience and time to bother with such a hassle.
   However he may be a busy man and im sure he has enough money to fix the problems rather than go through such a court case, but you never know.
   According to this, he has already filed a lawsuit so im sure he may be able to win something.

   As for the question I believe this is a weak move by muhammed ali I just read the article and he and his wife bought the home in 2007 he has had far too many knocks into his brains and old age is definently showing - you cannot just suddenly decide hey lets put a case on my previous homeowner I just realised it doesn't have insulation it was there duty to check before buying such a big property so I really hope he doesn't win the case otherwise everyone will find the need to open up such cases nevertheless
   
   I am a true supporter of muhammed ali as a boxer and as a human being, the quotes he came out with back in his prime were unbelievable the confidence etc any person can look upto that till date and you wont find such a human being in generations to come

   Lol i bet he could win it one time, its a bit stupid to suddenly have his brain kickstarted after 4 years and decide, hey, i feel like suing those people who sold me this years ago.
   He has enough money to fix those problems so why is he bothering with a lawsuit -_-

   Agreed with Iamslacker. Thats a petty thing to do when you are a massive celebrity who has enough money in the bank.
   It would make sense for an ordinary couple to feel ripped off as the damages would mean a massive loss to them being on a normal salary etc.
