Why is it that when you blow in a dogs face he gets mad at you, but when you take him in a car he sticks his head out of the window?

   I've heard many ask this question and i still dont have an answer to that, they love the fresh breeze on their face i guess, not your breath? I dunno, but im sure not all dogs get angry for blowing on the face, they all have different temperments just like humans. =)
