How many days till you should report a seller on ebayer after not receiving your goods?

   there is no set time limit for you to file a complaint against eBay it's just completly up to you is the seller responding to you have you tried to work things out etc if he is not responding you should put a case through ebay within 45days also do it on paypal within 45days they will hold the payment and get both sides comments he needs to supply proof of delivery obviousley he/she doesn't have that seen as they havn't posted it out and you will get your money back
