it is now illegal to park your car on your own drive/private drive way if the car is not insured?

how stupid is this, we got caught today.. the car was parked on our drive.. our drive is not owned by the government its owned by me.. yet they have new polocies that a car without insurance cannot sit on your drive how stupid?

    Yeah they only invented that rule a while ago. My dad was telling me about it, it's so stupid. I guess it's a way to make money.
