if you hit someone from behind but they stopped due to stalling.. who is at fault?

she was driving slowly off the junction, where she stalled and my car rear ended her from behind? she told me she stalled.. who is at fault yabbers??

    It is your responsbility to keep a good amount of distance behind the car incase the other person decides to emergency stop - infact its mostly always your fault when you hit someone from behind
