What type of questions shall I ask to the stores managers & workers at my local High Street?

I'm currently working on a radio project and I need to ask some questions related to my issue that I'm working on, My High Street. I'll be going into two retail stores, two fast food restaurants and two supermarkets. So, I need your help to advise me what questions to ask the store managers and workers.

P.S:- I'm not really good at explaining things when it comes to work ¬¬ so if you didn't understand what I've said, tell me.

    It would help if you told us what the issue is about? What issue are you working on and what do you hope to achieve after asking the questions? What will you do with the answers you get from them?
