How self-employment is different to normal permanent or temporary employment

   Hey erm
   some bullet points would be that Self Employment means you are your own boss - you make your own rules and decide what you want.
   Normal Employment is when you work under someone and have to abide by their or the compay's rules.

   Self employed means working for yourself not neccesarily a business even a manager can be self employed whereas normal employment is normal simple getting to work and hearing your manager go blah blah blah in your ears, you do as your told
