Soap or shower gel what is the best ultimate way to remove dirt from the body?

   Hey amy
   I have to say, use a combination of both soap and shower gel and scrub hard with a flannel or loofah to get the dirt and dead skin cells off.

   depends on your skin type to be honest, I personally go for dove soap. It has such a lovely scent to it and it defo cleans our skin, you can feel your skin is clean and fresh. =)
