Question:

How do Lindt Lindor make the inside of their chocolates soft and the outside of thier chocolate hard?

Asked in Food & Drink  |  98 days ago

lindt lindor makes those yummy chocolates which when you bite into them its instantly soft and gooey and the casing/shell of the chocolate is hard. I dont get how the temperature allows this to be so, are they different types of chocolate? Do they add something different to the chocolate?
