   Im currently laughing at the category although it is wrong so the admin will soon see to that, keep in mind for future reference,
   anyways yes, i am also biased in the sense that i am a bengali but i do not think we're the best, each culture, country, etc has good and bad people in it. Even bengalis. Its more of a bigger scale thing where we look at humans as a whole and see all the goof and bad people. Culture etc has nothing to do with it, there'll always be that group of people that let the rest of the people down etc.

   Lol bless, since you're bengali, you would think that- it's only natural. However, I think that individuals differ and you can only classify someone as being 'the best' if they are good at heart. But sadly, no one culture is perfect at heart. In fact, no individual is perfect at heart so it is difficult to say that.
