Wheres the best place to shop for heels that are like two or 3 inches high say for begineers in a sense ive looked evreywhere!

   I would agree with minnie. Go to new look, they have very nice heels of all sizes. They might just kill your feet the first couple of times you wear em though lol

   I would try aldo or barratts. New look and river island have very nice shoes but the heels you will find there will be a good 5-6 inches lol
