why is it that you do good for someone.. instead of positive outcome it backfires at you???

am sooo pisssed ryt now, u do the best you can.... help them as much you can.... nd whats the RESULT!! Getting blamed for it or even better when it BACKFIRES!! .... am sick nd tired looking after them..... when it should have been the other way round!!!!! I put them first then i think about myself.... i work my ass off thinking finally when i get some break i'll REST but nah there's always this stupid row u get into over nothing!!!

  6. ignore them. when you put in so much effort with someone, it is clear that you're worth more than sort of treatment. girls usually get treated like that because they take it. take a stand and let the other person know how you feel, and if they dont understand just ignore them and go to sleep :)
