  1. They would probably have to find out if the father is the real father. Taking a paternity test.
    Once thats confirmed maybe his belongings and other financial wealth can be inherited by the father.

  2. maybe the father has to be confirmed from a dna test first then i think the child has a few rights like the mother would, This may depend on the WILL.
