   OMG, pretty much yeah
   I would at least avoid blowing my nose whilst eating, i'd do it elsewhere then come back,
   if i did blow my nose whilst at the table i would at least put it inj my pocket.

   I don't find it rude at all - if a person needs to blow there nose they have to do what they have to do on the other hand leaving it on the table again not rude but your charectar and personality will not come across very positive
