   How would I know about your engineering project. However look at the following:
   
   If I see from the prospective of knowledge, challenge, I would recon my final year project of undergraduate. I worked on (project name). It was quite intensive due to the fact that I was doing research and knew that this could be unachievable. However, due to my intense literature review and guidance from my supervisor, I was able to finish it in best possible manner.
   
   You can add little bit detail of your project as well.

   I think the most challenging project i have done would be any and all my assignments, they were hard for a reason and once it was accomplished i felt relief. Take all challenges as they come, nothing is ever easy.
