No one like to discuss weaknesses however their are some ways to cope such kind of questions
See an example:
As I got degree in computer engineering that is why I have good computer skills, I have excellent writing skills as demostrated by my technical publications. I am motivated, hardworker, adaptive, flexible in approach as demonstrated by my distinction in undergrad . I got good analytical, problem solving, team and planning skills. I am friendly and social kind of person like to communicate with people. I can handle pressure situations calmly and have capability to run everything smoothly.
As far as my weaknesses are concerned, Although I am excellent team player and worked in groups during my studies but I feel my management skills could be stronger and I believe after becoming the part of (company name) will improve my management skills.
I used to ask this question as part of my regular morning interview, though it has mostly faded from my rotation. My best advice is to be up-front and honest. When I asked this question, I was primarily looking for three things: confidence (What are you proud of?); self-evaluation (What do you want to improve?); and desire (What do you plan to do about it?). Sometimes candidates became agitated, maybe because they thought I was trying to trick them or get them to self-select out of consideration. In these cases, I tried to rephrase and provide context: Nobody’s perfect, but I want to know what are you good at, and where you think you could improve. On the flip side, the worst responses are: Not saying anything, giving a canned response, or changing the subject and trying to avert the question.
perfectionist, i love being first in everything and therefore this can also be a weakness.
too many to name
f i do a job/task, i always have to do it properly, no cutting corners. im a bit of a perfectionist which can also be a weakness as i may spend too much time on things than is necessary
dont no
strength - I'm generous
weakness - I'm generous
The others have covered it pretty much but make sure you make your strengths shine and your weaknesses to be something that can be easily changed rather than being too honest which may not alwasy be a good thing for a job interview.
