What are the benefits of a telephone interview as opposed to a normal face to face interview?

   hmmm like they wont see your body language and so lets say if your lying down on your sofa nd doing the interview no one sees anything. its beeter than doing a face to face interview tbh

   i think it is faireer through the phone so the interviewer is not biased
   but face to face will make you familiar
   but id prefer on the phone

   telephone interview is good. You can have some visuals to help you answer questions which they won't know about. you can relax.
