Hello there MissD, im assuming you are studying Of Mice and Men for Gcse English Literature,
i have indeed done the same and i love this book however im sort of rusty on the quotes but here are a couple that reflects georges character,
"I ain't got no people. I seen the guys that go around on the ranches alone. That ain't no good. They don't have no fun. After a long time they get mean. They get wantin' to fight all the time. . . 'Course Lennie's a God damn nuisance most of the time, but you get used to goin' around with a guy an' you can't get rid of him."
^That one is something where he seems to describe his life in a nutshell and what he has to go through with looking after lennie etc, and the kind of person he is himself by saying that he doesnt want what others want and enjoys lennies company regardless of the amount of times he compains about his 'retardness'. He doesnt want to admit it but he likes lennie...
