    As for your question, I'm assuming you are talking about the slang definition in which case there are many ways in interpreting such a word. From where I live I learnt that 'that's deep' would mean 'that's hit a nerve' or 'you're harsh' or even 'that's mean'.
    That's just what I've learnt from slang but I hope I've helped =)

  4. the word 'Deep' is used to describe the depth of something, usually ocean or sea. In terms of British Slang, it's referred to as being a little too harsh or sort of an offend. =) I hope this helps.

  7. As most people said, 'deep' is a slang word which is usually said when someone does something which is mean or out of order. For example, if thinking about the recent riots and the fact that many homes/shops got destroyed and people lost their lives, a person might say "that's deep."
