thats deep
Hello Eena!
Nice to see you back yabbing away =)
As for your question, I'm assuming you are talking about the slang definition in which case there are many ways in interpreting such a word. From where I live I learnt that 'that's deep' would mean 'that's hit a nerve' or 'you're harsh' or even 'that's mean'.
That's just what I've learnt from slang but I hope I've helped =)
Tammy has got it spot on "hitting the nerve" "ouch" both mean deep when someone makes fun out of you
the word 'Deep' is used to describe the depth of something, usually ocean or sea. In terms of British Slang, it's referred to as being a little too harsh or sort of an offend. =) I hope this helps.
it means that its nt on whatevers happening
Deep is another word of saying "thats mean" !
As most people said, 'deep' is a slang word which is usually said when someone does something which is mean or out of order. For example, if thinking about the recent riots and the fact that many homes/shops got destroyed and people lost their lives, a person might say "that's deep."
Hope that clears things up for you :)
In the slang dictionary it means thats quite harsh!
