Tags: what is the body temperature of someone who is having a panic attack
You will most likely sweat more than anything.. Sweating is a normal bodily reaction and is designed to reduce the body temperature. As the body heats up sweat is released onto it through sweat glands. As the sweat evaporates it takes heat with it, cooling the body. During periods of anxiety the body is preparing itself for either flight or fight and releases sweat to cool the impending exertions. As the anxiety subsides sweat levels return to normal

Panic Attacks make you sweat
Hey Yaswa,
welcome to yabyab, be sure to change your picture,
i would say that when a person experiences a panic attack their temperature changes drastically, the person may feel extreme cold and then feel very hot to boiling and then proceed to sweat which is our bodies way of dealing which such heat, so then after sweating it helps us cool down a little more, it will fluctuate to say the least, :D x
