some people i follow on twitter I see when they tweet or tweet @ a specific person, others i follow all i see is their tweets, but not ones they @ send to a specific person

   this sounds like a bug, so you mean to say you do not see the @ sign which twitter are you using? through the web? or on your phone

   restart the browser. twitter always has problems during peak hours not as good as the facebook server

   no let me explain better, person "a" that i follow, say if they tweet you @paco , I see the tweet. But the next person I follow person "b", when they tweet @paco I dont see these tweets from certain people. All i see is the tweets they send out to everyone.
