   they say it goes you web browser goes faster and it's way better but im still unsure of it because i might ruin my phone n i gota keep it for a damn long time :|

   Yesss update it! An update will only make your phone better, not worse.
   Half the time, the problems with your bb (e.g. slow bbm) are due to the fact that you have not updated your software. That's what the t-mobile guy told me anyway.

   Hey there Fashionista,
   I always update softwares whenever it comes out, whether its ipods or phones.
   I updated my old BB and it turned out for the better and was smoother running etc.
   What they do with updates it fix glitches and general Operating system problems so you cant go wrong when you update,
   i now have the update to my current BB which is the OS 6 so i need to find the time to do that soon.
   Its pretty simple to do by using the Blackberry Desktop Software and back it up then update and let it complete, you should find that the new software is miles better than the previous.
